- Creating books/materials lists for a specific topic or subject (e.g. WWII, Drug Addiction, Presidential Biographies, etc.).
- Pulling books/videos on various topics for class use in the library.
- Ordering books, periodicals, and DVDs teachers request as budget allows.
- Finding online resources to enhance instruction (webquests, videos, timelines, articles, etc.).
- Providing programs to promote literacy (Book Fair, Book Spine Poetry, Poetry Windows, Banned Books Week, Book March Madness, etc.).
